What is the NAD+ face cream, exactly?+
A daily topical cream, applied at home, that covers the skin half of the routine. It supports the appearance and condition of skin; it is not a medicine and doesn't treat a skin condition. The haircare in the bundle is separate and is not NAD+ based.
Why does the hair option need a doctor?+
The wash and conditioner don't — those are cosmetic haircare you can start straight away. The scalp treatment does, because it is a medicine. Hair loss in women has several possible causes — thyroid, iron, hormonal and others — so the doctor assesses cause before considering treatment, and may decline.
My hair is thinning — where should I start?+
With the assessment rather than a product. Shedding and thinning often have an identifiable cause worth finding first, and it commonly shifts alongside hormones.
Can I do just skin, or just hair?+
Yes. The bundle exists because the two pair well, not because you have to take both. The cream and the haircare can each be bought on their own; only the scalp treatment waits on the doctor's review.
Is it safe in pregnancy or while breastfeeding?+
Speak to a healthcare professional first. This applies across the routine, and scalp treatments in particular are generally not suitable in pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
