Your questions, answered.
What's in a wellness plan?+
A monthly box built around one goal, with the items your doctor or our team recommends for it.
Do these actually work?+
Wellness products support general wellbeing. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, evidence varies by ingredient, and individual results vary.
Is a doctor involved?+
Yes for anything prescription or doctor-gated — those options follow assessment and review by an HPCSA-registered doctor. General wellness items don't require a prescription.
Build a routine that lasts. Start with your goal.
FemLab wellness products are intended to support general wellbeing and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Individual results vary.
Prescription options are provided only where clinically appropriate following review by an authorised healthcare professional, and not everyone will qualify. All medicines carry potential risks and side effects.
