How to use the Femlab platform
Step 1
Register and answer our detailed medical questionnaire, this is first step of your journey. An account verification email will be sent to you. Please be sure to verify your email address to gain access to your account area.
Step 2
Once you have completed step 1, you will be required to get your blood test done, a download link will be available upon completion. For your convenience, an email and whatsapp message will also be sent to you.
Step 3
The pathology lab will send the results to our doctor, upon review (usually within 24-48 hours), you will recieve an email with your results and if the treatment is suitable for you.
Step 4
If your results meet the requirements for the treatment, you will be given access to purchase the medication through the “My Account” area.
Step 5
Simply add the product to your cart from the account area, and complete the check out process. You will then be subscribed to the treatment and recieve a monthly package containing your medication.
You are all done
Your debit order if subscribed between the 1st and 14th of the month will be on the 1st of every month there after. If subscribed on or after the 15th of the month, you will be debited on the 15th every month there after. This ensures you will always be restocked on time.
