Recover well.
A doctor-guided routine to support how your body recovers, from training, from stress, and from weeks that ask a lot of you.
Recovery Starter
Support your body's recovery.
Our recovery routine is chosen to support how you feel after training as part of a healthy lifestyle. We don't claim muscle gain, enhanced performance or faster healing, which are not supported wellbeing claims.
Recovery isn't only about training. If everyday effort has started costing you more than it used to, or aching joints and heavy legs are new, that's worth assessing rather than only supporting.
Recovery support exists.
For some women, a doctor may consider a prescription recovery option. It's only available after a short eligibility check and a doctor's review, and it's discussed by name only once you're logged in and assessed. Not everyone will qualify.
Look after the body that does the work.
Your questions, answered.
What's the difference between the bundle and the prescription option?+
The bundle is a general wellness routine you can start straight away. The prescription option is a separate, doctor-gated route that follows an eligibility check and review, and is only discussed once you're logged in and assessed.
Is the prescription option safe for everyone?+
No. It isn't suitable for everyone, and a doctor may decline. Pregnancy, breastfeeding, planning a pregnancy, and a number of medical and medication histories all affect suitability — the eligibility check covers this.
Do I need to be training for this to be relevant?+
No. Recovery matters as much after a demanding week as after a hard session. The routine is built around how your body feels afterwards, whatever the effort was.
My joints ache more than they used to — is that hormonal?+
It can be. Joint aches and slower recovery are among the changes women report as hormones shift, and a support routine won't address that cause. It's worth assessing properly.
Can I add other goals?+
Yes. Add energy, focus, sleep, healthy ageing or skin & hair and it all arrives in the same monthly box.
